Olga has worked in the customer service industry for 30+ years, spending the majority of that time in the insurance industry. She joined the team in the fall of 2017 and is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the office, which include administration tasks for clients' accounts and processing new business. In her spare time, Olga enjoys spending time with her friends and family and, most importantly, being "Abuelita" to her grandbabies.
